In 2014, the Municipal Government of Maringá adopted the Agiliza Obras Program, which replaces the physical presentation of documentation and signatures for licensing works, creating a virtual environment, where all information and data are sent in digital files. Therefore, when requesting licensing for an intervention, the necessary documents must be recorded in digital format, and professionals will be able to check, through the protocol number, all the steps taken online (MARINGÁ, 2014).
